We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions. Any Changes made will be effective and binding immediately when posted on the Site.



By using this website you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions as stated therein and that you are not younger than 18 years old.

You will not use this website other than for the purpose of seeking for a job or a candidate. You warrant that all information provided by you are accurate and no part is found misleading and you warrant that your information as provided by you should be made visible to all users of the site and your contact details should be released upon request by prospective employer.


We provide an online platform for employers (corporate organisations and individuals) to source and hire staff in the category of support and domestic. Candidates are required to submit their profiles with us either through the website or by filling a form physically at our office.  Information supplied by candidates will only be visible on the website after it must have been reviewed and approved by us.



To use our services, employers are required to subscribe to any of our subscription packages and candidates would be required to select a desired membership plan.

Listing of profile of candidates on the website is subject to our approval and this would be done at our sole discretion, likewise approval of subscription request by employers.

Agencies that provide similar services willing to use are services must do so only with our consent.

By subscribing to any of our subscription package, you warrant that as a candidate, you have the required skills, training, license or certifications required for the roles you are listed for and that as an employer you would comply with relevant laws and regulations guiding employment of staff you are seeking to hire.




We do not offer refunds on subscriptions. Once payment has been received, you get access to candidates’ database and you can also post your job openings in accordance to your subscription plan as an employer, while candidates can post their profiles and apply for published jobs. No refund will be made for unused subscription.





Getsupportstaff.com, its affiliates, agents, employees, representatives or subsidiaries are not obliged to provide you a job but they will make your information available to employers who seek your service. Being listed on the site is not a guarantee that you would be offered a job. Job offers are subject to your discussions and negotiations with employers who contact you.

We do not guarantee the suitability of any candidate listed on this website, final selection should be made at employer’s sole discretion.

We do not assume any responsibility for services provided by employees or employers and any statements made by them and we make no representations or warranties, whether express or implied, about the suitability of any listed candidate on our site. In addition, we take no steps to verify their certifications or license or any statement made about them or any relevant qualifications or experience. We only offer background check service for employers who opt for that service.

We do not endorse any comments, opinions or reviews made by anyone on our site and we do not review their accuracy or content, but we reserve the right to remove any comments, opinions, reviews or other materials from our site which we believe do not comply with our acceptable policy.

Without prejudice to the above, as an employer, you will be solely responsible for the engagement of any candidate selected by you from our site and you are expected to determine your own terms and should also conduct your own due diligence on any candidate you wish to hire.


As a candidate, you must satisfy yourself with the terms and conditions of any employment offer you wish to accept as we are not contract to any arrangement between you and the employer.

We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with us or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products or services you purchase from third party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are disclaimed by us absolutely. This disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller




You would be required to provide some personal information while creating an account or by subscribing to a membership plan. You consent that we should make available the information you provide on your resume as a candidate to employers seeking to engage you.

We would not sell or disclose your information to a third party without your consent, all information provided by you would only be used to help secure a job or hire a candidate.

We do not store you bank account information at the point of payment and we use a secure online gateway platform to process all payment.

We may disclose your information only in a situation where we are compelled by law to do so.

We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy and by using our site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and complete.




No part of the materials on our site can be used for commercial purposes without our consent. All materials used on this site remain our intellectual property.




We do guarantee that this website will be available all the time, we aim to update our site regularly, and we may change the content at any time or suspend access to our site temporarily or permanently. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to verify or update such material.

Any information provided on this site is for your personal use and it must not be resold or distributed to a wider audience.

We will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense arising in the event of seeking employment or candidates from our website. Ultimate responsibility of due diligence still lies with prospective employers.

You therefore acknowledge and agree that getsupportstaff.com  will not be liable for any direct, indirect or incidental loss including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill ,data, loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings, time; and for any other loss or damage of any kind resulting from the use or inability to use our service, the download or upload of any material through our site, unauthorised access to or alteration of your data, statement or action of anyone using the site or any website linked to it or materials posted on it.

The liability of  getsupportstaff  to any user for any breach  of these terms and conditions or for any liability in negligence or otherwise in connection to this service, shall in no circumstances exceed the total charges paid by you for subscription fees in the period in which the claim arises . In any event, getsupportstaff.com will not be liable in relation to any matter not reported in writing to the company within [3 working days] of its occurrence.

You agree to protect and fully compensate getsupportstaff and its agents from any third party claims, liability, expenses, damages and costs arising from your use of this site or any of our services, your violation of the terms, infringement of any intellectual property or any other right of anyone.



You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our site:


  • in any way that breaches any acceptable law or regulation in Nigeria;


  • for fraudulent purposes or intentions.


  • to copy, upload or transmit any material which does not comply with our policy




In the case of breach of any of the conditions stated above, we may take any of the following actions:


-Permanent or temporary deactivation of your account

-Institute a legal action.

-Claim reimbursement for all the costs incurred by us for legal proceedings from you.




If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.



These conditions and any other document referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written.

You will be subject to the latest conditions in force at the time that you log in or register on our site or subscribe to any plan, unless any change to these Conditions is required to be made by law.
